Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween!

While we were gone on our cruise Grandma Susan helped Cooper carve a pumpkin. We laughed because his cute little smile looks very similar to the pumpkin's!

Halloween night we went to hang out with these guys for pizza and trick-or-treating!
LOVED their costumes! This is Jake's brother, Jeff, and his cute family.  Cooper loves hanging out with his cousins!

And this is our little rodeo clown!
We couldn't get him to put down the sucker....hence the blue mouth. When we went trick-or-treating he would try to dig through the bucket to find suckers....so much for the chocolate for mom and dad!
He actually wore his costume the whole night! This surprised us because we had tried to put it on a few times before and he would just cry and want it off. I think bribing with candy had something to do with it...

Tammie took some cute pictures for us too! Thanks Tammie!

Cruising the Mediterranean

The last couple of weeks we have been cruising the Mediterranean on the Royal Caribbean Mariner of the Seas!

We ate LOTS of yummy food!

Relaxed.
Hung out with family.
 We went ice skating.

Jake won first place in the speed climbing contest!

We played a bunch of rounds of mini golf.

 And saw some amazing sunsets!

Thanks to the generosity of my Uncle Jeff and Aunt Marianne we had the experience of a lifetime. We were able to go with 19 other members of our family. We saw the most amazing things and missed our little boy like crazy! Thanks to all the family back at home who helped take such good care of Cooper while we were away. More pictures to come of the amazing places we visited!

Mini Golfing

Jake had Friday of last week off, so we decided to have a little bit of fun! We decided to attempt mini golfing again. (The first time we went it was over 100 degrees outside, and we didn't realize it but Cooper had a fever over a 100 and he was MISERABLE!) This time went MUCH better and all of us had a blast!

And yes...I finally got the OK from Jake to give Cooper a haircut!

Then we let Cooper and Jake try to motorcycle game in the arcade.

Afterwards we decided to go to Weber State to feed the ducks. Cooper and Jake had their duck and goose calls around their necks and bread in hand!

 We found this HUGE turtle!

On Saturday we drove up to Snowbird for the first cycle-cross race of the season. Jake was doing great and sitting in 3rd until the end of the first lap when he got a flat. He was forced to be done with 35 minutes of the race remaining. He was pretty bummed out. Unfortunately I didn't get very many pictures because he only went by us once as he was running up this hill. Hopefully he will have better luck next time around!
Coop loved getting his bike out and riding around with Jake.
He even found a friend to ride with. He thought it was the end of the world when we had to pack up the bikes and go home.

One night as we were getting ready for bed Coop decided he needed to blow his nose.  Instead of getting one tissue and doing his business, he decided to scatter the entire box of tissues all down the stairs. Although it doesn't look like it, we really do supervise our child! We had a hard time not laughing, but tried to make it clear that he shouldn't do that again!

G&G Jensen's house

This past weekend we had a chance to go hang out at Jake's Grandparents (Jensen's) house. We miss being able to visit at their house on Sundays...we don't get a chance to do it very often.  I took a few pictures of Coop riding his bike...

 and struttin' his stuff...
 jumping on the tramp...
 going down the slide...
 and getting teased by Dad.

Jake also got in on the fun.  He'll probably not be happy when he sees this posted on here, but he'll get over it!

Jake's cousin Kaden has an old go-cart without a motor. The boys with tow it up a hill with the razor and then coast down the hill.

Luckily nobody got hurt in the process!

In August I was able to go with the girls to see Wicked! It was even better than I expected! I LOVED every second of it! So glad I got to see it while it was here in Utah!

Over Labor Day we went to Greys River in Wyoming to go camping.  Cooper loved driving Grandpa's razor, and Aubrey's faces are classic! I didn't get any pictures of Cooper riding his bike, but he rode and played so hard that he was so sore he could barely walk or stand from sore muscles for a few days....thank heavens for Ibuprofen!

We love driving through Sardine Canyon this time of year!

Cooper loves to have bubbles every time he baths.  Here are just a few photos of him playing with them!

Hogle Zoo

Cooper Loved the zoo! Our favorite part was the bird show. Cooper kept asking for "more."

The giraffe kept licking the side of the building....funny to see his tongue.

Jake has finished working at the Bike Shoppe and returned to Kennedy Jr. High this week to get ready for school to start. So disappointed that summer is coming to an end!
